Great Locations Around Hartford, New London and Stamford

While there are, admittedly, a lot of landmark locations and tourist attractions all around Connecticut’s cities and states, here are a few worth highlighting. These locations are from famous Connecticut cities like Hartford, New London and Stamford.

Harriet Beecher Stowe was an influential name, figure and talent to America. She was actively known as both an American author and abolitionist. She is widely known in the non-political arena for her famous novel, Uncle Tom’s Cabin which was published in 1852. She was one of the vocal figures who inspired and propelled an anti-slavery revolution in the country through her actions, contributions, speeches and written word.
